Ingredientes

  • 500 gr de harina de trigo
  • 400 gr de Cirio Especial Pizza
  • 300 ml de agua
  • 300 gr de queso provolone en rodajas
  • 150 gr de lonchas de jamón cocido
  • 5 g de levadura
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • Sal
  • Azúcar y 1 rollo de masa de hojaldre

Preparación

  1. La masa de la parigina se prepara igual que la de la pizza (con harina, agua, levadura, azúcar, aceite de oliva y sal) y dejándola reposar durante 1 hora aproximadamente.
  2. Una vez que esté lista, extenderla hasta conseguir un grosor de medio centímetro aproximadamente y ponerla en un molde redondo de 30-40 cm de diámetro.
  3. Añadir sobre ella Cirio Especial Pizza sazonado con aceite y sal y cubrirlo con las lonchas de jamón y el queso provolone cortado en finas rodajas.
  4. Cubrir con el tomate restante.
  5. Extender la masa de hojaldre al mismo tamaño que la masa de pizza con el relleno, cubrirla y cerrar los bordes.
  6. Cocinar durante 200º durante unos 30-35 minutos hasta que la parigina se dore.
