Toritglioni con ricota y jamón Producto de Lazio

Ingredientes

  • 350 gr de tortiglioni
  • 300 gr de Cirio Especial Pasta
  • 100 gr de jamón cocido
  • 50 gr de queso cottage
  • 1 cebolla, aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • Sal
  • Pimienta negra
  • queso rallado parmigiano reggiano.

Preparación

  1. Lavar y cortar la cebolla en aros.
  2. Calentar un poco de aceite en una sartén y freír la cebolla durante unos minutos a fuego medio, a continuación, añadir el jamón cocido.
  3. Saltear el jamón durante un minuto con la cebolla.
  4. Agregar Cirio Especial Pasta y llevar la salsa a un hervor. Tapar la olla y bajar el fuego.
  5. Cocinar a fuego lento la salsa durante 20 minutos.
  6. Pasado este tiempo, añadir el queso cottage, apagar el fuego y sazonar la salsa con sal y pimienta.
  7. Mientras tanto, hervir la pasta en agua con sal.
  8. Escurrirla cuando esté al dente y mezclarla con la salsa. A la hora de emplatar, añadir el queso parmigiano reggiano rallado.
