Pizza a la cerveza Producto de Trentino-Alto Adige

Ingredientes

  • 400 gr de harina de trigo
  • 300 gr de Cirio Especial Pizza, 200 ml de cerveza, 100 ml de agua,
  • 100 gr de mozzarella
  • 100 gr de queso provolone
  • 3 gr de levadura fresca
  • aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • azúcar y sal.

Preparación

  1. Disolver la levadura desmenuzada en agua con azúcar.
  2. Mezclar la harina con la sal, el aceite y la cerveza, e ir añadiendo poco a poco el agua en que se disolvió la levadura y amasar hasta conseguir una masa elástica.
  3. Dejarla reposar durante 1 hora aproximadamente hasta que crezca el doble, luego extender en un molde rectangular.
  4. Cubrir la pizza con Cirio Especial Pizza, sal y aceite de oliva y cocer en el horno precalentado a 200º durante 10-15 minutos.
  5. Añadir el queso mozzarella y provolone y terminar la cocción durante alrededor de 5 minutos más.
